OUR MEDIUM CHEESES
Our medium taste profile includes our cheeses with an intensity that is more pronounced. The slow maturing of these cheeses allows them to have more developed flavours and smells. They are the perfect addition to a cheese platter to balance out the flavours. Their taste is flavourful without being too strong. They are slightly pronounced but accessible to all. Medium cheeses can easily be identified thanks to their aroma of dried fruits and nuts.
This taste profile contains four sub-profiles describing the cheeses’ aroma and texture. Discover them below.
Our medium, crumbly and subtle cheeses
Caprano
Goat cheese, tender texture with many small holes; smooth, delicate, natural rind and taste of goat butter with no bitterness.
