Salmon and Blue Cheese Tartare

Ingredients

  • 454 g (1 lb) fresh salmon, finely diced
  • 2 radishes, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon Mustard
  • 20 ml (4 tsp) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive Oil
  • 1 French shallot, finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chives chiseled
  • 1/2 Météorite cheese (125 g /4,5 oz), diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the cheese, in a bowl and season.
  2. Add the cheese and combine.
  3. Serve with toast or chips and a salad.
