Ingredients
- 454 g (1 lb) fresh salmon, finely diced
- 2 radishes, chopped

- Pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except for the cheese, in a bowl and season.
- Add the cheese and combine.
- Serve with toast or chips and a salad.
