White Pizza with Brie

Ingredients

  • 4 pre-cooked pizza breads or Naan breads, to taste
  • 2 caramelized onions
  • Fresh thyme (optional)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) shredded Mozzarella
  • 250ml (1 cup) Brie de Portneuf cheese, diced
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).


Cover Pizza bread with Mozzarella, caramelized onion and thyme.

Cook in oven for 10 minutes.

Garnish with pieces of Brie and keep cooking for 2 more minutes.
