Ingredients
- 3 x 125 g Alexis de Portneuf Brise du Matin Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Garnishes to top
- Crackers and bread, for serving
Directions

Using a sharp and or serrated knife, remove all rind from each brie wheel, including the sides.

Dice brie into equal size pieces.

Add to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse for 2 minutes. Scrape sides of food processor as needed during this time. Add olive oil. Pulse for another 1-2 minutes until smooth and buttery.

Spread onto a serving dish and top with garnishes of your choice!
