Directions

  1. Using a sharp and or serrated knife, remove all rind from each brie wheel, including the sides. 

  2. Dice brie into equal size pieces. 

  3. Add to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse for 2 minutes. Scrape sides of food processor as needed during this time. Add olive oil. Pulse for another 1-2 minutes until smooth and buttery. 

  4. Spread onto a serving dish and top with garnishes of your choice!

Toppings:

Three tried-and-true topping recommendations: 

  •  Orange slices, crushed pistachios, fresh mint leaves, honey
  •  Oven roasted olives, fresh thyme, olive oil, salt
  •  Roasted or fresh peach slices, fresh chervil leaves, honey
