Our Lactose Free Brie is a double cream cheese with a smooth and exquisite flavour. Golden and creamy throughout, it is encased in a beautiful white ripening crust. Very mild when young, but more flavourful with age, this cheese has the same great taste of fresh buttery, mushroom and hazelnut notes with a soft and creamy texture.
