- 250 ml (1 cup) shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices of bread
- 330 ml (1 1/3 cup) turkey or chicken, sliced
- 1 pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 200 g (7 oz) Camembert des Camarades cheese or Camembert de Portneuf cheese, sliced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of butter
For the zucchinis and pepper:
Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
Roast the peppers and zucchinis until the skin blisters and the inside is tender.
For the grilled cheese:
Sprinkle the mozzarella on the 4 bread slices.
Add the slices of roasted pepper and zucchini.
Add the slices of turkey or chicken.
Arrange the camembert on top of the vegetables.
Close the sandwiches with the 4 slices of bread left.
Butter the outside of the sandwiches and place them in a frying pan or a Panini machine. Cook until the cheese melts and the bread is glazed. Serve right away.
