A Cocktail Cheese Event

Offering a wine and cheese cocktail party or event is a practical, worry-free way to avoid the complications of presenting an extensive buffet and delicate wine and cheese pairings. In this type of tasting, cheeses are served cubed and separated according to type. Each person will consume an average of 75 g of cheese at this type of tasting. We usually recommend four different types of cheese: soft, semi-firm, firm, and blue, and at least one cheese per type.
