Brie and Camembert have a creamy light yellow body covered in a beautiful white bloomy rind. As they age, their flavour intensifies from a fresh butter taste to a mushroom-like aroma.  
Delicate blue veins of Penicillium Roqueforti is what provides a unique and savoury flavour to Blue cheese. Our selection varies from mild to more rubust flavours for those who enjoy cheeses with character.
Moist and supple rind with an ivory body, its rustic melt-in-the-mouth flavour intensifies with age.
Goat cheese has a slightly dry texture and is white in colour. Its acidulous and slightly salty taste gets stronger as it ages.

More than one hundred and fifty years ago, Alexis Cayer settled on virgin land surrounded by mountains and valleys, the future site of Portneuf, which he would come to help build. In passing down his vision and knowledge he became patriarch to a family of landscapers, builders, farmers, and finally, cheese makers.
